There are many traditions, customs, tastes and sights to India. Each time Chef Zubin goes back to his childhood home on Grant Road in Bombay (Mumbai) he visits all the places where he used to buy produce, fresh fish, spices and haggle with hawkers. Not to mention visit family. He also has a growing family here in San Diego. They honored him with their presence at his Finding Bombay book signing.
