Chef Zubin helped his mom cook each & every meal from scratch in their British-Raj built Chawl room on Grant Road in Bombay. A small camping burner in the corner turned street market produce into heart-filled dishes that Mother Earth intended. Chef Zubin brings the same time-honored authentic cuisine to your home.

Just as Chef Zubin grew up under his mother's gentle and experienced hand in learning the ways of authentic Indian cooking, he also brings 45 years' experience in creating delicious, authentic Indian dishes. Chef Zubin's long time team is individually trained by Chef Zubin and personally dedicated to their art and excellent service.
